Yoga can be a powerful complement to rehabilitation, especially for burn survivors. Through movement and breath, we can support healing, mobility, and overall well-being.

I have been working with Katie Piper Foundation for eight years helping survivors regain confidence and ease of movement through yoga. My approach is tailored, gentle, and deeply supportive.
