I've been teaching yoga for 19 years and it’s still the thing that lights me up daily. My classes blend strong, breath-led movement with down-to-earth meditation. I specialise in Mandala Vinyasa and mentoring other yoga teachers to develop their voice.

I work with the Katie Piper Foundation, offering yoga as a therapeutic support for people recovering from burns. These sessions are about far more than movement — they’re about rebuilding trust, autonomy, and connection to the body after trauma.

I contribute regularly to Lancashire Life magazine, writing accessible wellness features with a no-nonsense twist. Whether it’s breathwork for energy or staying calm at Christmas, I love sharing tips that help people feel more grounded in everyday life.

I live in Ormskirk with my husband, little boy and two dogs. I split my time between running a busy yoga studio, walking the dog, and lifting weights at the gym. I’m a HUGE music lover, I love a social and I snowboard every year!

My future vision includes returning to research to explore the impact of yoga in rehabilitation. I’m also building out my membership and CPD offering and collaborating with other awesome people in my industry — while keeping my own practice at the heart of it all.
