Real Yoga, Real Impact
Injury Rehabilitation
Movement can feel complicated after injury. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing ongoing pain, rebuilding confidence or simply trying to reconnect with your body again, yoga can offer a supportive and adaptable way back into movement.
My approach focuses on practical, accessible movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation — helping you build strength, mobility and confidence at a pace that feels manageable and realistic.
These sessions are not about pushing through pain or forcing flexibility. They’re about creating space to move well, feel supported and regain trust in your body again.
Burns & Scars Rehabilitation
Recovery after a burn injury is about far more than physical healing. Changes to the body, confidence, mobility, identity and nervous system can all impact the way we move through the world and relate to ourselves.
Through yoga, meditation, breathwork and gentle movement practices, this work aims to offer supportive tools that help people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, empowering and adaptable to individual needs.
Alongside my work with the Katie Piper Foundation, I provide ongoing online support and resources designed specifically for burns survivors — creating accessible practices that can be revisited whenever support is needed.
